Delivery Terms

We delivery from our warehouse in Germany to destinations in all EU countries, duty and tax paid. For EU business clients outside Germany we of course offer intra-Community tax-free delivery.

We delivery from our warehouse in Switzerland to destinations in Switzerland duty and tax paid.

We deliver to all other countries (listed in zones starting on page 3) from either of our two warehouses, depending on which can deliver to the destination country at the most favourable terms. Shipments abroad may be subject to customs duties, taxation or fees not included in the total list price.

We deliver free of charge to all destinations in the DACH region, i.e. Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein – Zone 1.

For the EU countries within Zone 2 we charge shipping rates (including packaging) starting from EUR 15.00 per order.
For all other countries (i.e. in Zones 3 through 8) we charge a flat rate (see table) for packaging and shipping. Order shipments weighing over 100 kg are not possible in Zones 1 to 3. The weight limit for Zones 4 to 8 is 25 kg.

Note: For orders originating from other currency zones, shipping costs are charged at the given day’s exchange rate.

We charge a surcharge of CHF 9.00 for orders in the DACH region (Zone 1) that fall short of the minimum order value of CHF 150.00.
The surcharges listed in the table shall apply for orders originating from Zones 2 through 8 that fall short of the minimum order value.

All shipping costs noted above include value added tax (VAT).

PayPal: Pay quickly and conveniently using your PayPal account with the world’s leading payment service provider. We charge you NO surcharge for this payment method.

Credit card: We gladly accept payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) and charge NO surcharge for this payment method.

Advance payment: Please pay the invoiced amount by bank transfer to one of our bank accounts. We maintain bank accounts in Germany and Switzerland to save you bank transfer charges. Select the account nearest you and the correct currency.

Please refrain from using postal payment services to avoid incurring fees that we may have to bill you for as a follow-up adjustment charge.

Your shipment will be delivered once payment is received.
